CABC EXCLUSIVE BEER Nº 006
IPA W/ GALAXY & SPECTRUM HOPS
7.0% ALC./VOL.
We’re in another Galaxy with this one! We used only Galaxy hops for this IPA but were able to keep the body smooth and easy drinking. To add to the intergalactic experience, we added Galaxy hop extract to bring even more of those delicious fruity oils into the dry hop. This beer is complex, but not as complex as space! It's perfect for sipping and contemplating life's big questions like, “when will my next Beer Club Box arrive?!"
CABC EXCLUSIVE BEER Nº 007
SICILIAN LEMON GOSE
4.5% ALC./VOL.
Bonjourno! Sicilian Lemon Gose - have you ever heard a more beautiful thing! Refreshing and balanced tartness are the hallmarks of this beer. With hints of coriander, which bring out the citrus character of the Sicilian lemon, this beer is a bit more aromatic and less tart than a regular lemon. Think sipping limoncello spritz on the Amalfi coast - sign us up!
FESTBIER
LAGER
It's the start of fall, so the classic Oktoberfest beer has to be made (we are pretty sure it’s the law!). A dark golden brew, it has all the hallmarks of the style - light, dry and full bodied. The beer has aromas of fresh bread, herbal honey with a bit of melba toast in taste. With soft carbonation, it leads to a smooth finish — best served with bratwurst, pretzels and sauerkraut.
RADIO THE MOTHERSHIP
IPA
This small-batch West Coast IPA is brewed with Galaxy, Mosaic & Citra hops. With tropical aromas of lychee, mango and strawberry, with just a hint of pine, Transcendence is perfectly balanced with bitterness from spruce needles and citrus rind flavours. Our taprooms may have a few of these in their fridges, but otherwise you won't find it anywhere else!

CLOUDWATER COLLAB
With our friends at Cloudwater Brewing out of Manchester, England, we brewed one of our most unique stouts yet - an Ice Wine Stout refermented with ice wine juice and must, and finished in port barrels. This stout is full of unique flavours of sweet wine, port spice, cinnamon, honey and peach. This brew has a sweet aroma, light roasty body and is perfect for sipping on those long chilly evenings.

BELLWOODS COLLAB
Teaming up with our friends at Bellwoods Brewery out of Toronto, we brewed this delectable Dulce de Leche Pastry Stout. Yes - you read that right, folks! With sweet, rich flavours of delightful caramel, vanilla and distinct notes of wheated bourbon throughout, this stout is rich in texture and flavour and is sure to satisfy both your beer and sweet sweet tooth!
WILD SOUR SERIES
CONDITIONED ON CABERNET SAUVIGNON GRAPE SKINS
Using a Brett strain to highlight the pineapple and peaches from our golden sour base, we also used only the skins of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Up front, the pineapple hits first with a light warming spice. The light body and high carbonation make the cherry and sweet stone fruit notes pop. Tannins linger for a short while and end with the balance of spice and sweet fruit.
FUN IN THEORY
IPA W/ SULTANA, BELMA & MOSAIC
The name of this beer originated from someone on the Collective Arts team saying that four day weeks are “Fun In Theory” - much like a 7% beer! This Hazy IPA was brewed with Sultana, Belma and Mosaic hops. This brew has notes of Strawberry, melon and just a touch of floral. Perfect for these subtle changes of the season this time of year.
RHYTHM BONE
CZECH 12º LAGER
Rhythm Bone is our ode to one of the world’s great beer styles! The Czech 12º Lager is a classic beer style from a global beer powerhouse, you guessed it - the Czech Republic. We strictly adhered to traditional Czech brewing methods, using a double decoction mash, 100% Czech malt and Saaz and Kazbek hops. Expect a clean, crisp and refreshing brew, with a fine hoppiness adding to the depth of flavour.
MISSED CONNECTION
SAISON
I saw you sitting in a beer fridge…waiting to be picked up - call me sometime. Missed Connection is a Belgian Saison brewed with Cryo and Palisade Hops. Did you know that Cryo hops are cryogenically extracted hops and are more concentrated than regular hops? This beer is spritzy, carbonated and dry, with notes of pear.

Sangria? Say no more - we are there! You will be transported to a sunny hillside in Spain upon your first sip. A gorgeous fruity red wine has been paired with flavours of sweet raspberries and zesty orange, resulting in this perfectly balanced Sangria Spritz. Best enjoyed at sunset on a friend's patio, or while spinning some of your favourite second hand vinyl.

Fruity, bitter hops, berry, mango, peach; a wonderful interplay between the earthy bitterness, the nuanced fruity berry character, and the piney funky tropical depth. The resinous character of the hops shows through in a tongue-coating mouth feel. You’ll really feel saturated by all the hops.
