With the holiday season upon us, we're celebrating the end of our first year of the Collective Arts Beer Club with not one, not two but THREE exclusive beers for our members! We brewed a trifecta of seasonally inspired beers which can be sipped quietly by a roaring fire or lovingly shared with friends and family over dinner. The Collective Arts team would like to extend our sincerest best wishes to our Beer Club members, new and old! We can't wait to show you what's in store for you in the new year!

CABC EXCLUSIVE BEER Nº 008
NUTELLA STOUT
6.5% ALC./VOL.
Listen, it's not a secret around here that the Collective Arts team has a major sweet tooth - so it's no surprise that we brewed up a Nutella Stout. Yep! This rich, chocolatey stout has a ton of hazelnut character. It's decadently sweet while still being very drinkable. The addition of milk sugar gives this brew a smooth mouthfeel while being only slightly sinful.

JAMAICAN SORREL SOUR
5.0% ALC./VOL.
This Sorrel Sour was brewed in honour of our Kitchen team: Chef Jerome Robinson of The Heartbreak Chef crew. Jerome and his team are always cooking up something delicious in our Toronto Taproom. This beer is inspired by a classic Jamaican holiday beverage, using tons of Sorrel (hibiscus) which adds delightfully tart and fruity notes, while the colour from the hibiscus plant gives the beer a deep red wine colour. With some added spices like ginger, allspice and clove, this sour is the perfect beer to get you in the holiday spirit!

TRIPLE IPA
10.0% ALC./VOL.
A Triple Smackdown! This Triple IPA is an absolute hop-bomb, as we crammed as many hops as we could into this brew. With tropical notes of bright mango, guava and pineapple - this beer has all the flavours of your childhood favorite: Skittles! This IPA is juicy and easy drinking - maybe a bit too easy drinking!

MOSAIC FOUR WAYS

For our newest IPA Series release, we decided to see how many Mosaic hops we could cram into one beer. We call this: Mosaic Four Ways! We used FOUR different types of Mosaic hops for a beer that showcases everything we love about one of the craft beer world's go-to hops. Regular Mosaic combines with Mosaic CRYO, Mosaic INCOGNITO and Mosaic SPECTRUM for aromas of tropical fruits, with flavours of juicy mangoes, guava and ripe berries.

ORIGIN OF DARKNESS 2022
BURIAL BEER CO. COLLAB
Partnering with our pals at Burial Beer Co. out of Asheville, North Carolina, we brought a little bit of the South to the North! Together we brewed this Pecan and Coffee Pastry Stout which was aged in extremely unique Madeira Whiskey Barrels from Blackened Whiskey. This stout contains the nutty aromas of pecans and rye spice with notes of whiskey, coffee and sweet toffee. How’s that for southern hospitality?

ORIGIN OF DARKNESS 2022
DUGGES COLLAB
Pairing up with our friends at Dugges Bryggeri out of Gothenburg, Sweden, we took a piece of inspiration from their home country: chocolate. This Chocolate Raspberry Mint Stout is brewed with dark chocolate and sweet raspberries, with just a pleasant backing of peppermint. This brew has a large body with sweet notes of fudge, vanilla and warming bourbon. An absolutely delightful combination if you ask us!

ASTRAL REJECTION
SMOKED WHEAT BEER
Hamilton, we’re calculating an Astral Rejection. This Grodziskie style beer is a historically brewed beer from the Polish town of Grodzisk Wielkopolski. After vanishing around the 1980s, this style was revived by a local brewery in the early 2000s. This beer was brewed with 100% wheat malt, which was smoked with oak wood making this a smokey, spritzy and dry beer. Get ready for take off with this one!

WILD SOUR SERIES
BLACK RASPBERRY
Our Black Raspberry Wild Sour is a blend of 2 year old oak aged golden sour beer and black raspberry puree - the perfect combination of bright, tart and jammy. Bottle conditioned for high carbonation with a distinct pink head, a deep red colour and a body rounded out perfectly by a light oak note. Simple and lively - making for the perfect summertime sour!

MOJITO SOUR
SMALL BATCH
Vacation in a glass, you say?! This Mojito Fruited Kettle Sour is sure to transport you to a beach (even, just for a moment!). This Sour is fresh and bright, with notes of fresh lime, white rum and mint. We used real lime juice and real mint in this brew, making this an easy drinking sour at 6%. Perfect to brighten your day on a chilly winters eve.

SURREAL: MOJITO
NON-ALCOHOLIC COCKTAIL
Mint and lime are the first things noticed on the nose. Upon taking a sip, the combination of tart and sweet make for a refreshing and delectable cocktail. The hint of rum makes this drink feel and taste like a real cocktail. However at 0% ABV, it's perfect for any occ

SURREAL: MOSCOW MULE
NON-ALCOHOLIC COCKTAIL
No need for a copper mug to enjoy this non-alcoholic cocktail. Mint and spicy ginger burst forward on the nose when you first smell it. The ginger continues on the first sip, complemented by a slight alcoholic warming note. At 0% alcohol though, this non-alcoholic cocktail can be enjoyed guilt free.

HAZY PALE ALE
NON-ALCOHOLIC BEER (0.4% ABV)
Here at Collective Arts, we want everyone to come to the party! That's why we created this Pale Ale that was brewed as a traditional New England Hazy Pale Ale. It contains a unique yeast that brews a very low alcohol version of our classic hoppy beer. Using Mosaic, Citra and Azacca hops, this brew is citrusy with tropical fruit hop aromas and bright red berry notes. Pairs perfectly with a good time.

DAWSON'S HOT SAUCE
Are you a fan of our Stranger Than Fiction Porter? How about hot sauce? Well, Our new ‘Hotter Than Fiction’ collaboration with Dawson’s Hot Sauce is perfect for you! This sauce is all about the beer, and the smoothness of the porter is the primary note. Right after the beer, there’s a light sweetness, a lovely depth from the extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and onion - followed by a late on-set medium/hot heat. Perfect for stews, sandwiches, tacos, and pulled pork.
