DOORSTEP DELIVERY FAQ
When will I get my order?
It depends on: 1) Where you live, and 2) When you ordered.
If you live in one of our Express Zones (areas listed above), you’ll get your order the same day if placed before noon (12PM). If placed after noon (12PM), you’ll get your order on our next delivery day (we deliver every day except Sunday). The Express Zone delivery window is 2–9PM, and although we make every effort to accommodate requests for specific delivery times, we cannot make any guarantees.
If you DON’T live in an Express Zone, your order will arrive in 3-4 business days. Our courier partner delivers Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM.
Why are there different delivery schedules for different areas?

Will I get a notification when my order is on its way?
Yes! You will receive an email confirming your order immediately after you check out and then a second email letting you know when your order will be out for delivery.
Express Zones only: You will then receive text messages updating you on the progress of your delivery, so please make sure you include the correct phone number when you place your order!
You can expect three text messages in advance of your delivery:
1. When your delivery driver starts their route.
2. An ETA when your driver is within 2 hours of making your delivery.
3. When your driver is arriving.
Please be ready to meet our driver outside with your ID when you get that third text!
I live outside the Express Zones. How will I know what day to expect my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number from CanPar Courier to help you better anticipate your order’s arrival. From there, you can also download the CanPar App that will allow you to manage notification settings and delivery options.
I just got an email saying my "order will be there soon," does that mean it will arrive today?
The “arriving soon” email is to let you know your order has left the brewery and begun shipping! You can expect the usual delivery times outlined in the confirmation email which you will receive once your order is placed.
I live in an apartment/condo, will you bring my order right to my door?
To keep everyone as safe as possible and ensure we are properly verifying IDs, our drivers can only go as far as the lobby or the front door of your building. Please come down and meet the driver when they arrive. We can only leave your package with a concierge/front desk if you send a picture of your ID to your delivery driver or leave your ID with the person who will be holding on to your package for you.
Will you deliver to a P.O. Box?
No, unfortunately not. We need to verify that you’re 19+ and ensure your order isn’t left unattended, so we can only deliver to a house, apartment building, or business.
Why did a snack just show up in my cart?
Our gins and canned cocktails are legally required to be sold with a food item. To make things as simple as possible, we automatically add a $1 snack to any order that includes gin or canned cocktails.
Can I change my order before it gets sent out?
Unfortunately, we are unable to alter your order once it is finalized at checkout. This means we cannot add or remove any items once your card has been charged.
Are the deliveries contactless?
Yes, all of our deliveries are completely contactless. To verify age, we will ask to see IDs from a distance or through a window/door.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Someone 19+ must be home for us to complete the delivery. We cannot leave packages unattended on a porch, deck, back step, in a lobby, etc. We need to make sure it gets taken inside by someone of legal drinking age. If you're running late or realize you won't be home, we're happy to leave your delivery with a neighbour, provided of course that they're 19+ (we would also appreciate you giving them a heads up as well).
What if I miss my delivery?
Express Zones: You'll get a "sorry we missed you" text message and we will be in touch via email to set up another delivery. You can also email us at email@example.com to let us know when a better time to deliver would be!
Non-express Zones: Your package will be available for pickup at a nearby UPS collection point. UPS will provide specific details.
