EXPRESS DELIVERY ZONES

Same-day delivery is available in all of our Express Zones, however only the cities bolded in the chart above receive deliveries Monday through Saturday. Detailed delivery schedule is below.  

Monday-Saturday: Hamilton (includes Ancaster, Waterdown, Stoney Creek and surround areas), Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Toronto (east of Markham Rd. is covered by Next-Day Delivery, info below).

Monday/Wednesday/Friday only: Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge Guelph

Tuesday/Friday only: Brampton, Milton, Georgetown, Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Welland, rest of Niagara Region.

Thursday only: London, Woodstock, Ingersoll

EXPRESS DELIVERY INFO

Delivery fee: $5.99 flat rate, free on orders of at least $150

Deliveries: Monday–Saturday (specific delivery days vary by region, info above), 1–9PM

Order before noon (12PM) for Same-day service on a delivery day for your area. Orders received after noon will be delivered on the next delivery day for your region.

Although we do our best to accommodate requests for specific delivery times (within the 1-9 PM window), we are unable to make any guarantees.

We offer Next-Day Delivery, Monday through Friday, to the following areas:

 Why are there different rules for different areas? We serve the Express Zones listed above with our own team of delivery drivers, but we’ve partnered with a courier service to serve areas outside those regions. 

*PLEASE NOTE: As of Monday, July 18 we no longer offer flat-rate shipping to areas outside our Express Zones. Courier shipping fees are now determined based on location and the size of your delivery.

DOORSTEP DELIVERY FAQ

When will I get my order?

It depends on: 1) Where you live, and 2) When you ordered. 

 If you live in one of our Express Zones (areas listed above), you’ll get your order the same day if it's placed before noon (12PM) and it's a delivery day for your region (info above). If placed after noon (12PM), you’ll get your order on our next delivery day (we deliver every day except Sunday). The Express Zone delivery window is 1–9PM, and although we make every effort to accommodate requests for specific delivery times, we cannot make any guarantees. 

 If you live in a Next-Day Delivery area, your order will arrive the day after you ordered it (order cutoff: 11:59PM), except Fridays. Our next-day courier delivers Monday-Friday, 1-9PM, so orders that come in after 11:59PM Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.

 If you don't live in an Express Zone or a Next-Day Delivery area, your order will delivered by UPS in 3-5 business days. Please note: UPS delivers Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM.

Why are there different delivery schedules for different areas?

We serve most areas of Southern Ontario with our own team of delivery drivers, but we’ve partnered with courier services to serve the rest of the province. Both our next-day partner courier and our regular courier partner deliver Monday–Friday.

What happened to flat-rate shipping in courier zones?

As inflation and gas prices have risen over the last few months, we have seen a significant increase in the costs associated with shipping orders by courier and unfortunately a flat-rate shipping fee throughout Ontario is just no longer feasible. Shipping fees for deliveries to areas serviced by UPS are now calculated dynamically based on UPS rates for your location and the size of your order.

Will I get a notification when my order is on its way?

Yes! You will receive an email confirming your order immediately after you check out and then a second email letting you know when your order will be out for delivery.

Express Zones/Next-Day only: You will then receive text messages updating you on the progress of your delivery, so please make sure you include the correct phone number when you place your order!

You can expect three text messages in advance of your delivery:  

1. A rough ETA when your driver is within 2 hours of making your delivery.
2. A heads up that a driver is on their way to you. 
3. A notification to meet our driver at your door/in your lobby.   

Please be ready to meet our driver with your ID when you get that third text!

My order is coming through UPS. How will I know what day to expect my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number from UPS to help you better anticipate your order’s arrival. You can track your order using this number through the UPS website.

I just got an email saying my "order will be there soon," does that mean it will arrive today?

The “arriving soon” email is to let you know your order has begun shipping! You can expect the usual delivery times outlined in the confirmation email which you will receive once your order is placed.

I live in an apartment/condo, will you bring my order right to my door?

To keep everyone as safe as possible and ensure we are properly verifying IDs, our drivers can only go as far as the lobby or the front door of your building. Please come down and meet the driver when they arrive. We can only leave your package with a concierge/front desk if you send a picture of your ID to our customer service team at doorstepdelivery@collectiveartsbrewing.com or leave your ID with the person who will be holding on to your package for you.

Will you deliver to a P.O. Box?

No, unfortunately not. We need to verify that you’re 19+ and ensure your order isn’t left unattended, so we can only deliver to a house, apartment building, or business.

Why did a snack just show up in my cart? 

Our gins and canned cocktails are legally required to be sold with a food item. To make things as simple as possible, we automatically add a $1 snack to any order that includes gin or canned cocktails.

Can I change my order before it gets sent out?

Unfortunately, we are unable to alter your order once it is finalized at checkout. This means we cannot add or remove any items once your card has been charged.

Are the deliveries contactless?

Yes, all of our deliveries are completely contactless. To verify age, we will ask to see IDs from a distance or through a window/door.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Someone 19+ must be home for us to complete the delivery. We cannot leave packages unattended on a porch, deck, back step, in a lobby, etc. We need to make sure it gets taken inside by someone of legal drinking age. If you're running late or realize you won't be home, we're happy to leave your delivery with a neighbour, provided of course that they're 19+ (we would also appreciate you giving them a heads up as well).

What if I miss my delivery?

Express Zones: You'll get a "sorry we missed you" text message and we will be in touch via email to set up another delivery. You can also email us at doorstepdelivery@collectiveartsbrewing.com to let us know when a better time to deliver would be!  

Next-Day: Our partner courier will make a second attempt on the next delivery day. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, please contact us at doorstepdelivery@collectiveartsbrewing.com to schedule another delivery.

Courier: Your package will be available for pickup at a nearby UPS collection point. UPS will provide specific details.
